Each year has seen significant growth in business and customer development. Ciaran tells us “The UK business division is an integral part of the company. It now represents a considerable portion of our overall business and forms a key component of our growth strategy in the future” . 2019 also saw the establishment of the Energy Showrooms and dedicated Training Hub in ATC House. In what was a busy time, the company has successfully rolled out the Six Sigma 5S Lean Standard across the company, further enhancing efficiencies throughout the business. Ciaran concludes “The last 30 years have not been without some challenges but we’ve always worked closely as a team. We are and have always been open to change and quick to embrace new technologies. In that time, we have consolidated our position in both markets and with the support and commitment of all our staff, we have become a leaner more structured company with a clear strategy and a firm focus on our direction for the future". "We would like to thank our loyal customers for their support over the past thirty years with a special word of thanks for their ongoing support through the very different times we have found ourselves in during the past ten months.
