This position is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate insights into practical action, build strong relationships, and drive measurable commercial results. § Develop and support the delivery of a best in class procurement strategy aligned with company objectives. § Use data and market insights to create clear, effective category strategies. § Negotiate supplier agreements, commercial terms, pricing, and promotional funding. § Build strong internal relationships, ensuring alignment with Group Managers, Directors of Operations, and wider teams. § Analyse product, supplier, and market performance to inform tactical decisions and commercial recommendations. § Support national account growth through competitive project pricing and robust commercial governance. § Ensure supplier documentation, pricing files, and product data are accurate and up to date. § Share best practice, coach colleagues, and champion commercial initiatives across the business. § Contribute to the development of marketing, promotional activities, and pricing models.
