Throughout his presidency, he consistently emphasised the importance of maintaining close alignment across the full breadth of the industry, from manufacturers and distributors to contractors and utilities — particularly during a period of rapid technological change. In his final remarks, he encouraged members to remain agile as businesses continue adapting to new ways of working, including the growing role of digital tools and AI-led processes.
