Edmundson Electrical is currently seeking two sales and service orientated individuals to join the internal sales team of this rapidly expanding business Duties : • Taking and dealing with incoming calls & customer queries • Taking and managing orders from quotation through to completion • Proactivity contacting our customer database • Serving at our trade counter • The ability to develop customer relationships and manage customer accounts. • Maintaining our high level of customer service • The willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the customer is always happy Skills/Experience: Proven Sales track record. Excellent presentation skills, written and spoken English. Extremely self-motivated Relevant electrical background / Electrical Wholesaler experience is advantageous The successful applicant will be an excellent team player, personable, friendly, reliable trustworthy and flexible in all aspects of their work.
