We are seeking a highly driven, self-motivated individual to join our team in a mainly external sales role to maintain and strengthen our market position within the 32 counties. Duties to include: • Managing and growing an existing portfolio of business for a rapidly expanding market • Develop and establish strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers in our target markets • Responsible for the sales process from developing new business pipelines through to closing sales • Maintaining overall responsibility for the ongoing relationship with clients • Collaborating with the internal management team to create and implement new market entry/ lead-generation strategies • It would be expected that you would have an interest in the IT market, including researching new developments on a regular basis, keeping abreast of industry best practice, trends and market intelligence • Attending networking events and continuing to cross sell opportunities throughout Ireland Skills/experience: The ideal candidate should have a datacom’s technical background with experience in copper and fibre cabling. Proven sales track record, excellent presentation skills, written and spoken English, be punctual and presentable. Self-motivated and flexible in all aspects of their work.
