Junior CAD Operative Appointments Appointments Junior CAD Operator: • Full-time position – Mon/Fri - 39 Hour Standard Week. • Overtime shall be required when necessary. • Opportunities for progression to Technician or Engineer Level within the company. • Basic knowledge of AutoCad software essential. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a qualification to the ECDL being preferable. The day to day role would include, but would not be limited to: • Generating, understanding and interpreting building and lighting services design drawings. • Liaising with Senior CAD Engineers in the preparation and development of design drawings. • Liaising with design, production, service and sales staff to create Drawings & Data Sheets. The successful candidate: • Will be an excellent timekeeper with very good communication skills. • Will be a team player with an ability to work on their own initiative. There is an excellent remuneration package available for a suitably qualified and experienced electrical and/or electronic field service engineer. Emergency Lighting Field Service Electrical/Electronic Technician The prospective candidate should have the following technical qualifications and experience: • General Electro-technical Qualification to FETAC Level 6 equivalent ( Minimum ) preferably with a suitable time served apprenticeship in an electrical or electronic discipline. • I.S.3217:2013 + A1:2017 QQI Level 6 Certificate in the Design, Commission, and Certification of Emergency Lighting Systems. • Experience in the pre-commissioning, commissioning, certification and servicing of Emergency Lighting Systems ( Self-Contained and Central Power Systems - CPS/CBS/SIS ) • Possess a good level of computer literacy and be able to use standard MS programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, etc., with a certificate of competency to the ECDL being preferable. • A Full Clean Irish Driving Licence with no endorsements. ( Essential ) • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work well on their own initiative and also within a team based environment, whilst being capable of engaging with EmCon’s clients in a presentable, personable and professional manner. • Full Time Position, Excellent Remuneration Package including Company Vehicle, Mobile Phone & Expenses.
