Duties Include: • Generate sales orders via the telephone & email. • Delivering excellent customer service. • Manage customer queries in relation to invoices, orders, stock. • Collaborating with customers, colleagues, and suppliers by supporting with promotions, sales events, supplier days and new product launches. Experience skills: • Con dent in answering sales calls. • Team player with strong work ethic and initiative. • Electrical Installation of product knowledge is desired, but not essential.
