Business Development Manager - Lighting We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lighting Business Development Manager to join our fastgrowing lighting sales team at Kellihers - Ireland’s leading electrical wholesale network. The role reports directly to the Lighting Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical and lighting foundation, good product knowledge, a focus on energy efficient design combined with a creative flair. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills to be able to present CPD’s and presentations to engineers and contractors as well as being responsible for building and maintaining relationships with engineers and other stakeholders. They will also bring excellent attention to detail to each project from initial discussions, through design scoping and presentation, right through to product sourcing and installation. • Experience in lighting sales is a requirement with proven B-to-B sales excellence • Good track record in sales, account development and account penetration. • Strong customer service focus with an ability to develop customer relationships. • Must have excellent time management, organisational skills and the ability to work independently. Internal Lighting Sales Specialist – Ballymount branch The Internal Lighting Sales Specialist will drive sales growth by providing lighting advice, technical support and commercial solutions to customers, consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders. Working closely with the Branch Manager, the role combines business development, project management and customer relationship management to deliver innovative lighting solutions and achieve branch sales and margin targets. • Lighting product knowledge is desirable. • Experience in electrical wholesale is an advantage. • Previous sales or business development experience is desirable. • Strong commercial awareness and customer-focused approach.
